3. Communications consent

4. Contractor referrals
Where we refer you to a third-party licensed contractor, that contractor — not U.S. Energy Conservation Group — is responsible for the work performed. We make reasonable efforts to work only with vetted, licensed, and insured contractors.
5. No guarantee of rebates or credits
We share information about federal, state, and utility rebates and tax credits in good faith, but eligibility and availability are determined by the relevant government or utility program, not by us.
6. Limitation of liability
